Attorney David H. Stillman was born in New Rochelle, NY and currently lives on the South Shore. He graduated from S.U.N.Y. at Albany with a B.S. in business administration and worked as a C.P.A. before attending Tulane University Law School.
Throughout David’s career his focus has been on fighting for the rights of his clients. He began his legal career working in-house for an insurance company where he litigated numerous cases defending individuals and corporations who were insured, and subrogation matters for an insurance company. David then ran a small law office for 21 years representing individuals involved in accidents, handling employment cases and subrogation matters. David is an experienced trial attorney and has participated in numerous trials in State and Federal Court. He is licensed to practice before State and Federal Courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is a member of the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Associations.
David has been recognized by SuperLawyers in their annual listing of top lawyers for several years in the area of personal injury law.
