  • "Scott Clifford has worked with several of my clients on Real Estate closings and all of them have come back saying he is trustworthy, competent and makes the transaction smooth."

  • "Bruce Lipsey is an amazing attorney. We fought with Social Security for almost 7 years by ourselves trying to get my Fiancé the help he needed after being run over and dragged by a car full of teenagers in 2007, just 1 week after our second daughter was born. I would recommend anyone to Bruce Lipsey in a heartbeat. He doesn't sugar coat things, but he will work hard to help you get what you are entitled to. Thank you for everything"

  • "Attorney Sandra Larvey does an amazing job. When your real estate move counts, you need to count on Sandra as your attorney."

Important Information on SSDI and SSI

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SSDI and SSI

Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI): If you receive SSDI or retirement benefits from the Social Security Administration (SSA) or benefits from the Veterans Administration (VA), the receipt of the stimulus check will have no impact on your benefits at all.  It is not considered income or an asset for these programs and it will not be counted against you.

Supplemental Security Income (SSI): If you receive SSI from SSA, the stimulus payment will not be considered income and will not lower your SSI check for the month that you receive it.  It will also not be considered an asset for up to 12 months from receipt.  After 12 months, the normal rules apply that one must stay under the $2,000 threshhold.
