Attorney Brian R. Clerkin is a cum laude graduate of Boston College. He received a Bachelors of Science in Finance in 1975 and received a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 1979. He was admitted to the practice of law in Massachusetts on December 17, 1979, and is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Court in Boston.

Mr. Clerkin’s practice is focused on representing clients relative to domestic relations issues. His primary area of practice is in child custody and divorce cases.
