Did you know that you are entitled to a free copy of your credit report?  In fact you are entitled to a free copy of your credit report from each of the three largest credit reporting agencies once a year.  This is thanks to the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (“F.A.C.T. Act”).   By reviewing your credit reports at least once a year from each of the three largest credit reporting agencies, you will make sure that the information others rely upon in making decisions concerning your credit worthiness is accurate and complete.  You will also be doing your part to limit the damage caused when some steals your identity.  There are now three ways to order your free credit report.  If need information to order your credit report please feel free to email Attorney Scott J.
